Jill Turek has been a dedicated member of the Mutt Magic team since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience in training, animal care, and behavior. As an obedience instructor CGC Evaluator, she is known for her practical, supportive approach to helping dogs and their people build reliable skills and lasting relationships.

A graduate of Animal Behavior College, Jill’s background extends far beyond the classroom. She has worked in animal welfare roles and volunteered extensively with local rescues and humane organizations. In addition to her work with Mutt Magic, Jill is actively involved in animal control, giving her a well-rounded perspective on behavior, safety, and real-world challenges that dog owners may face.

Jill currently teaches group classes and private lessons in Harford County, where she combines her depth of knowledge with a calm, approachable teaching style. Her work is grounded in helping teams create practical, everyday success while strengthening trust and communication between dogs and their handlers.

Ryan Coster is an obedience instructor and CGC Evaluator. He comes to Mutt Magic with a keen interest in dog psychology and training after working with his two herding breed rescues, Diego & Rosa, through reactivity and fear related issues. Progressing with them from basics and through intermediate obedience, he knows what it takes to help dogs overcome their past and be the best versions of themselves! Ryan enjoys being a “coach” to help owners and dogs bridge their understanding of one another and forming strong bonds throughout class and beyond. Ryan currently teaches group classes and private lessons with us in Harford County!

Claudia Correa began her journey in dog training with a passion for building strong, trusting partnerships between dogs and their people. Through years of hands-on experience with her own dogs—spanning agility, confidence-building, and behavior work—she has developed a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to training rooted in patience, consistency, and clear communication.

Claudia completed her training apprenticeship through Mutt Magic, where she refined her skills in supporting teams at every stage of their journey. She will be leading Mutt Magic’s agility program, helping teams build skills, confidence, and connection—whether they’re just getting started or working toward competition goals.
