Training Agreement and expectations
For the consideration described herein, Mutt Magic Training Services agrees to provide the services indicated for owner and owner’s dog (“dog”). Owner represents that he/she is the legal owner of the dog described below.
Mutt Magic Training Services is not liable for dog’s performance. Although we will use all reasonable care to train owner’s dog, Mutt Magic Training Services cannot guarantee that the dog will respond adequately to commands at all times. Owner agrees that Mutt Magic Training Services will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the dog’s failure to respond to any command(s) or behavior modification for which Mutt Magic Training Services trained the dog.
Mutt Magic Training Services agrees to train owner’s dog in a reasonable manner. However, the effectiveness of completed training program depends upon many factors over which Mutt Magic Training Services has no control. Such factors include, but are not limited to, the future health of the dog, the frequency and effectiveness of training reinforcement, which owner must give the dog and the degree of respect which the owner instills in the dog.
Should the dog injure any person, or should the dog’s failure to respond to any command(s) result in damage to the property or person of any person (including the owner) owner agrees to absolve Mutt Magic Training Services from any and all obligations and to pay any such damage to such person, owner further agrees to hold Mutt Magic Training Services harmless from any and all such claims.
The owner shall provide documentation of current veterinary care, including vaccination records, as required by the State. The owner agrees that at any time Mutt Magic Training Services deems that the owners dog needs veterinary care, if urgent, shall be immediately taken to the local veterinary clinic. If veterinary care is not deemed urgent, the owner will be notified first. The owner agrees to pay any associated vet bills.
The owner agrees to read the handouts given at the initial meeting with the owner and Mutt Magic Training Services, before picking up their dog. Any questions or concerns will gladly be addressed when the dog is picked up.
This written contract constitutes the entire agreement between Mutt Magic Training Services and owner and may not be changed except by a writing signed by Mutt Magic Training Services and owner.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a client must cancel, a 24-hour notice is preferred. With notice, board and train may typically be rescheduled. In the unlikely event that your trainer must cancel, all efforts to make a 24-hour notice will be made. Any cancellations that must be made by your trainer will be rescheduled to a time that is convenient for you.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Zelle, or credit card through PayPal. (A small fee will apply when using PayPal.) After submitting the form below, you will be redirected to a page with payment options. In order to secure your scheduled time, a non-refundable $200 deposit must be made in advance. Remaining payment is due at the time of drop off.
